A huge thank you to all the helpers, stall holders and supporters of this event which raised a massive £580! There was a good variety of stalls where Christmas presents could be bought for most of the family (including the dog!), and plenty of prizes to be won on the tombola and raffle! I’m sure friends and relatives of most of those attending will be receiving something made of coloured glass this Christmas, expertly crafted into flowers, candle holders or tree decorations by Ann (Hughes)! We have so many talented people in the village.
Special thanks to Liz Taylor for helping with the organisation, Rupert and Alison who turned out at an early hour to help me set up, and to all those who cleared up – it was done in no time! Julia Hall
