Our Summer programme takes off in the form of garden visits – back to St. Peters, Ludlow in October.
On Wednesday 20th May we have a visit to the Dorothy Clive Garden, Willoughbridge, Nr Market Drayton. Two acres of woodland are centred on a waterfall where century old oaks shelter more than 250 species and cultivars of rhododendrons and azaleas . We cannot arrange the weather but we hope that the Azaleas and Rhododendrons will be at their best.
We shall leave the Eco Park in Ludlow at 1:00p.m. We have decided this year to go by car rather than fill a mini coach – so we shall arrange transport when we meet. Tea and cake is included - Cost £10.00 for members £11.50 non members. A donation to drivers for outings 10p per mile per passenger.
