The coffee morning for the flower arrangers and cleaners held at No 8 on Thursday 11th February was a very friendly low-key get-together, and a number of people kindly added their names to the rota of people willing to do altar flowers in the church.
However, we need more people. You do not need to be a church-goer, but our church is rather a plain little building and it looks so much nicer with some flowers in it, and we do try to make sure there are some flowers in at all appropriate times.
Would you be willing to do a very simple arrangement of flowers behind the altar on one of more weeks in the year?
