I would like to put on record that although the photographs for the postcards and bookmarks were mine, the artwork was done by Mark Ansell, and without his expertise, help, advice and encouragement, they would not have been produced. He was unstinting in giving me his time, whenever I needed it, in his otherwise very busy working life. Thank you Mark.
